WHAT IS XRAE?
A web-based, field underwriting tool 3 Mark is adopting to give you the ability to run your own online quick quotes and receive instant feedback on the expected rate class with multiple carriers.
By adopting XRAE, we are plugging you into the underwriting minds of the carriers giving you direct access to proprietary, unpublished underwriting rules. This will enable you to get quick-quotes based on rules to which other producers do not have access. With XRAE you will:
- Quote the right class up front and avoid surprises; - Gain considerable underwriting expertise; - Obtain quick-quotes from us that will beat the competition!
HOW IT WORKS
1. Email Dolly Sanchez or Carolyn Rawlins to establish a user name and password for XRAE. Once this has been completed, you’ll be able to log directly into the system by clicking HERE. 2. After logging in to XRAE, you can begin creating new clients in the system. Client date of birth and gender are the only required fields to begin the process. 3. Enter as little or as much of the client’s medical information as you want evaluated into the XRAE General Risk Profile, which begins with 19 basic underwriting questions. As those are answered, follow-up questions are automatically generated based on your answers. 4. XRAE will then provide the anticipated underwriting class along with a Confidence Ranking designed to show how definitive the system believes that class to be.
XRAE provides you with instant, on-demand underwriting. It eliminates having to go back to your client to ask additional questions. As always, our on-staff underwriters are here to help with your cases which require additional expertise and evaluation.
